The “Loading chart…” issue is fixed
If your map got stuck while using a weak signal or when only part of an area was saved offline, it will now load immediately and continue filling in as you move.
We have also switched to a faster, more reliable base map.
Anchor Watch no longer triggers false alarms
Anchor Watch now monitors your position from exactly where you drop the hook. No more phantom drag alarm the moment you set it.
Holding means holding.
Chart improvements are rolling out too
Sharper harbor detail
We are rebuilding depth data to repair broken or jagged areas in several harbors, starting with New Orleans, Key West, Fort Lauderdale, and Tampa. Many more locations will follow.
New depth coverage
We are also adding depth coverage where it was previously unavailable, including the Columbia River and Portland, Oregon, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Great Lakes.
These chart improvements will arrive automatically. No app update is required.
